Ian was great! Friendly knowledgeable and clear with pricing and what was being done.
Unless you want to spend $700 for a simple drain clog cleaning do not call Tim Biel plumbing. $619 flat rate plus $78 show up fee for a 30 minute job. That’s a $1400 per hour labor rate. Not to shabby. Won’t be calling for your services again Timmy.
Excellent customer service. I called and spoke to Donna, she was super sweet and got me scheduled same day. Tucker came to check on my hot water heater. He was kind and was able to quickly find the issue. Unfortunately the entire water heater needs replacing.
