I would rate them as a zero if possible. I called because my fridge quit this morning. He sounded annoyed just having to answer the phone and told me he doesn t work on LG brand. I asked if he knew of anyone who does and the response was a very rude, Uh, yeah, someone in Korea! I told him that wasn t help replied that No one around here works on that brand. Wont look at your appliance unless you bought it there, and when we said we did (and we did), they insisted we didnt. Thes people must have enough money, they sure dont want yours.

I called Tim Becks Maytag and they had the part I was looking for. I called all around looking for this part. I even called as far as Austin. I then looked for something closer to home. Tim Becks had the part and I drove up to Gatesville to pick up the part.They are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.I would recommend their business to anyone. Great Service and Great people.
