I called and immediately got hung up on in the middle of introducing myself not polite or respectful. An insurance agent should always give the benefit of the doubt to anyone and everyone who would like to speak to them.Failure to do so shows no respect for your neighbor or your community.
This office is no longer Tim Ballinger's office. The late Tim is the best of all agents that I had for my car and home insurance for almost 40 years! Tim was a very good friend of my family. My father, daughter, sons, and relatives were friends of Tim. Tim is courteous, and helpful and understands his clients' needs. Tim is easy to speak with.
