When he’s not busy saving kitchen from sewers drains, helping elderly women cross traffic, or reading books to children at the local library, he is hooking it up with solid deals for future homeowners. His compassion and attention to detail is sure to land you the best deal on the market, even if that can’t be a 2.8% interest rate! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a luxury home in the Atlanta area.

What a phenomenal guy this Tim Baird is. Honest and caring. He did not sell me anything but instead talked me into a financially better and achievable path that did not benefit him in any way and I would have not a clue about without Tim. Also, he supports Vets and I’m a Vet and I happen to know he employs a Vet. So his team is also professional and friendly. When the time arrives to purchase a house, this is the group I will rely on. We can't say enough good things about Tim Baird. He worked hard for us to get the house we fell in love with. There were a few times when we didn't think the deal was going to happen but he was there to find a solution, every time. He is super friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond for his clients! I would highly recommend Tim as your realtor. His staff is amazing as well and they make a great team!
