Had a good experience, polite staff and convenient payment plan
My twins and husband all have braces put on by Dr. Auger and we couldn’t be happier. They don’t gouge you with price...they recommend what is necessary and nothing more. The Monterey office is high end, comfortable, and the staff never makes you wait!
I’m a life long patient. I’ve been going to see Dr. Auger since I was 10. At the time it was Dr. Bob. This is an amazing office with the best staff. They have always taken very good care of me. I was treated with braces then when I got older and had my kids they were seen. This is by far the best place office. I would recommend them to anyone seeking orthodontic care.
My daughter saw Dr Auger from 6/14-5/16 when she had her braces removed. After her braces were removed she wore her retainer religiously, just as Dr Auger had advised. About 6 months ago her teeth began to shift rapidly. The gap in her front teeth returned and her bottom teeth were extremely crooked. Her new ortho told us that she has a piece of gum behind her front teeth that pushes her teeth apart and would have to be removed (and should have been removed when she had braces before). Everyone in this office is fantastic! My daughter has had her braces and expander for a couple of months, after being monitored by Dr. Auger for the past year. Dr. Auger and staff explain everything so well to the kiddos and are super patient and gentle. It's such a fun office and there are incentives and points for the kids to brush before their appointments being on time, etc. They can redeem their points for prizes and gift cards.
