Couldn't believe that I could get my flatscreen TV fixed these days. 2 yrs old and dead. My first instinct was to trash it and spend another grand but a quick google and I found Tilton TV Repair. I took the TV in that day and the next day got a quote emailed and a phone call to discuss options. Could have been a pricey fix but they helped me source a used part and it was back online and home on my wall within a week. Fast, friendly, reasonable price. I feel lucky that we have them in our area. HIGHLY recommend.

He’s a nice enough guy, but be warned if you bring a VCR for repair, it will take weeks and likely months before he touches it. Literally everything coming into the shop is given a higher priority. I took my VCR back after 5 weeks and had it repaired near Buffalo in 2-weeks even after they had to order a part from a 3D printer supplier.

Apparently this co. Contracts with sears home repair; however was a no call no show for appointments and refuses to close the case so appointment cannot be rescheduled. They will not answer calls.
