About a month ago, I walked in feeling defeated because my hair was dry, brittle, and just plain unhappy no matter what I tried. A wonderful young lady (whose name I’ve completely blanked on—sorry, I’m terrible with names but great at remembering amazing advice and friendly faces!) took the time to really listen and figure out what my hair needed.
