Was considering this kit for my bike. After getting message that number isn’t working and reading the reviews I’m disappointed that these kits are junk, installed incorrectly, expensive, and customer service sucks.
Ok, The product is exactly what I was looking for. Bad legsbad back, someone you understand. I see the reviews and agree. Not service any where near me. I went 3 states away to one of there CERTIFIED installers. It took from August of 2022 till May of 2023 to get the kit delivered to that dealer. Dealer had my bike torn down in February. First delays started with the TMW company. Others delays are on the dealer. There were two employees who were as helpful as they could be. You wont answer the phone. Seems pretty shady. Tried to work with you but nobody will work with me. Hold pls. Hold pls. Not gonna spend $14k with no service.
Never have had a returned call yet. I did catch the manufacturing manager and asked when my order would be ready. I was told in two weeks at the end of September. I specifically ask about the supply chain issues around the chrome wheels and was told no issue.
