Honest, flexible scheduling, great price and quality service.
Our furnace was acting up in our home and was inspected by another company and was locked out and not able to be used do to safety concerns. This happened late evening when everyone was closed. I messaged Tiltin after 7pm and James responded very quickly and was very helpful and even offered to bring space heaters over to keep us warm late at night. There isn’t one not one rating above a 4 here I am looking for a reputable business and every other one that I’ve looked for at the top of the board does have at least three or four negative ratings. Every one of them. I very rarely see a company that has no negative ratings and if I do, it is definitely going to stand out as a negative. No company is perfect so no company should have all five stars especially after 72 ratings. It just feels like they got rid of all the other ones.
I called James to come inspect my furnace and he was able to came over the same day. He gave me an honest diagnostic of my furnace and let me know that I needed a new one. He came back the very next day right away in the morning as he promised. He did an awesome job, very reliable, professional, and affordable. He was fast and efficient.
