Very disappointing experience. I accidentally left my physical ID while traveling but had a clear photo of it on my phone. The manager, Tilt, refused to even look at it, saying a physical ID was required. I understand and respect that policy. However, within seconds, I watched five other people enter without being asked to show any ID. When I questioned the inconsistency, I was told she knew them. This has been my favorite bar for almost a decade. The girls working now are amazing. Kiki, Bozziee, Ari, Naiva are great bartenders! Kym is a rockstar and she is always attentive and jumping in to help and regulate to keep everyone happy and taken care of! She definitely needs a raise or to be the manager because she is a top tier employee! Love this place!
