Tom at Tilt Electronics is amazing! As a hobby, I restore EM Pinball machines. When I just cannot figure out a pinball issue, I call Tom. He will come to my place with all of his parts and tools and will get my machine working 100%! Every time! Call Tom and he always will call you back. He will drive to your place, look over the game and then gets right to work on it! 5 stars Tilt Electronics!
no answer, the shop is always closed when I go by and my $5000.00 jukebox is in there and the repair guy has vanished with no reply to my calls, text or emails and facebook messages. this has literally been going on for a year and for the last few months there has been absolutely no reply from Tom the owner. this is very concerning and I don't know if the police need to do a welfare check on the man or if I need to report this stolen at this point. stay away from this disaster is my advice to everyone!
Hired them to convert my Championship Sprint back to a Paperboy. I had hunted down the control panel and artwork and they had the boardset...they took my machine and the parts and vanished. I tried to contact them several times but no callbacks happened. Eventually, years later, after posting about the story I heard from them that my game was finally complete and then they ghosted me again. I'd be happy just to have Sprint back at this point ...
Colin came out and fixed my 10 year old stand up video game, it has over 1000 games on it. Somehow the programming got messed up by pushing buttons really fast while playing. Colin fixed my game and it works just like it did when I got it. I will be using Tilt Electronics again if I have any more problems. Thanks again for the excellent and fast service.
