I come to Florida twice a month to see my little girls and have been looking for a good cycling class. I tried a bunch of different ones before I found Tilt Cycle. Hands down the best cycling class I have ever been to!! I absolutely love it!! After just six classes I can see and feel a huge difference in my physique and fitness level!! WOW! Dave was a patient and knowledgeable instructor, and made my first experience on these unique bikes very fun! I went twice while on vacation in the area, and the second time, I brought a friend! A wonderful workout!

I absolutely loved visiting David's unique spin studio in Sarasota! The class was fun, challenging (to whatever level you'd like), to great music! I'll be back for sure!

While visiting Sarasota, I discovered Tilt Cycle. David Banks, owner and cycling instructor, provides an indoor cycling studio unlike any others. His music and bikes along with his inclusive and motivating class, allows everyone to experience a challengeing and fun ride. I will be back!

Best spin workout in Sarasota! It was challenging from start to finish, with awesome music, an awesome instructor, and the light wall which helps you understand what to do in class. Can't wait to go back!
