Horrible customer service. Unacceptable, unprofessional, insulting - that is specifically detailing the behaviour Ben Tilstra exhibited. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Extremely unprofessional business conduct from the owner, Ben Tilstra. Overinflated pricing and bill padding -- we were quoted $320 on site the day of service for a simple pipe clearing job, and later received an $800 invoice claiming it took 4 hours of labour between 2 techs when in reality, techs were on site for 45 minutes, and no justifiable reason was ever given to explain why such a job would require 2 techs, nor was this ever disclosed beforehand.
