STILL RUN THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE!!!!! A visit was only done after all other suggestions/recommendations (add gutters, add dirt, add sod, add gutter drains, add catch basins, $$$$$ on our behalf) made by Tilson (with no help) were met and failed to resolve issues. If I hadn't put in a sidewalk than I would have had to get a pontoon to get into my house. Your just a big box contractor who take advantage of your consumer. DO NOT BUILD WITH TILSON. FIND A LOCAL CONTRACTOR THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR WORK!!!! I had issues from the begging starting with the home sales representative. Firstly one had helped us decide on a home and we ere waiting to move forward she had quit and we did not receive a notification. During this time the prices of homes were increased and we had to start over with a new representative. Once we had signed a contract to start the build Tilson was constantly rescheduling apts.
