I stopped by to check into the E-Z buy program. I may utilize the program to build a house if the details of the contract are acceptable. For that I'll need to meet with the lender.

1 year old home. Leaking roof, check. Multiple leaking windows, check. Feel like you live in a county fair fun house because of all the un-square framing, check. Spent almost half a million dollars and we expected more. They ask you to do a customer survey and when you air out all concerns they never even bother to reach out. Look elsewhere, tilson is in decline.

We went in to just walk thru the house at the Katy location as we are just gathering ideas for what we want in our next house. But David helped steer us with some ideas and plans I would not have thought about. He was super friendly and helpful!!

I went to talk to Tilson about building a house. I have drawings on what I wanted. They said that they would look at the drawings and try to find one of their plans that was close. I said I wanted to use what I had. He said he couldn't, so I told him bye and i left. I thought they built a custome house but you have to use their plan. I want be back.
