A terrible experience from start to finish. I can't say enough bad stuff about Tilson. This is not the same company it once was.
We had a terrible experience with Tilson. I would not recommend them to anyone. Even the warranty experience has been dreadful. The roof leaked from the start, the builder knew it leaked. We even found a bucket that was catching water UNDER the insulation! Their solution to a leak was to use a bucket and then turn it over to us! be warned!
1 year old home. Leaking roof, check. Multiple leaking windows, check. Feel like you live in a county fair fun house because of all the un-square framing, check. Spent almost half a million dollars and we expected more. They ask you to do a customer survey and when you air out all concerns they never even bother to reach out. Look elsewhere, tilson is in decline. Edit: notice how they won't even acknowledge this review.
