This dealership is top notch! I bought a used CaseIH Puma from them. The price was fair, and the sales manager was helpful. When I got the tractor home, I found an issue with the tractor. I called Ellen’s up and they could have told me “Tough luck, sold as-is” but instead they worked hard to come up with a fair solution to the problem. I had a Husqvarna chain saw problem with a clutch cover. Took the chainsaw into the Ithaca branch and one of their service specialist Roger fixed the problem in 2 mins. Offered to pay but payment was refused. Its gestures like this that win new customers. Very well done Roger.You are a credit to Ellens...!!
