I had a Husqvarna chain saw problem with a clutch cover. Took the chainsaw into the Ithaca branch and one of their service specialist Roger fixed the problem in 2 mins. Offered to pay but payment was refused. Its gestures like this that win new customers. Very well done Roger.You are a credit to Ellens...!!
