I first visited Tilly’s during the Covid years, and even though clothes shopping has never come easily to me, Laura made me feel calm and reassured throughout the whole experience. She created such a special atmosphere, and I ended up saying “yes” to the dress on my very first visit! From beginning to end, the service was thoughtful, supportive, and professional. Well where do I even start. If you are after a wedding dress - I would recommend Tilly’s 1000 times over. This was the third shop I had visited and after trying on around 20 dresses up until this point, I’m so pleased I made the decision to book in a last minute appointment (before going back for a second appointment elsewhere as I had doubts) Sian was absolutely AMAZING. I travelled over an hour to Tilly’s, and was not disappointed! After visiting more shops than I care to admit. I can truly say Tilly’s were the most amazing, I really felt at ease, with Laura who clearly knew her stuff. Most importantly, I felt other bridal shops, could be very pushy, and therefore felt their approach came across not genuine, however was a complete contrast here. Tilly's are truly amazing. The selection of dresses is absolutely stunning and the experience in store is so special - unlike any other bridal appointment I have been to. They immediately make you feel at ease, and excited, and the service is exceptional! They are just so in love with what they do and it makes the whole experience really wonderful. And its not just the dresses that are out of this world.. the VEILS too!! Thankyou Sian and Laura!
Tilly's is amazing for dresses and experience! The shop is beautiful and the range of dresses and designers is incredible. Sian instantly made me feel at ease and so comfortable with the whole process as it was my first time trying any. The glass of bubbly is a lovely touch too! I thought I found the dress but as I had another appointment at a different shop already booked, I did not say yes.
