Replaced faulty rear tailights on my '05 Jeep that the Best Buy "techs" could not do on three separate occasions. Tillson has the knowledge to get the job done and for a good price. Highly recommend and will do business with again.

So glad I found them! Loring was very knowledgeable and worked really hard to figure out what was wrong with my Audi. I went to a couple places before finding Tillson’s and found out I was going to be charged extra due to the type of car I own. Thankfully, this was not the case here. He treated me with respect and made sure I understood everything he was explaining. His family was very welcoming, which was the icing on the cake! I’ve referred my family to their business too. Thank you again! I’ll definitely be back.
Saw me on short notice, fixed my front brakes then found my ball joints and rear brakes were also shot. Did the job at right around $700, which I thought reasonable.
I went to Harris Garage to get my car (2013 fiat 500) checked out because I got a coupon in the mail and I'm new to Gloucester, they told me JUST for parts and labor, getting ONLY my FR wheel bearing and hub fixed was going to be over $1k, then tried to upsell me on fixing my FL cv axel (they said it was "leaking axel fluid"), AS WELL as replacing my brakes and roters "due to rust pitting". The total would have been well over $2k. They said "we only use parts directly from the manufacturer" and said that justified the cost. ... read more
