I really like my doctor. She’s been amazing. Staff is super friendly
I drove 40 minutes to this clinic because my physician’s office directed me there, only to have the doctor tell me I shouldn’t have come. She seemed more concerned about how OHIP would bill the visit than actually helping us. I asked if she had seen the white spots on the back of my daughters throat which she responded "No". She didn’t even look at my child’s rash and was extremely dismissive. Here we are at home and her throat is covered in small white spots. A complete waste of time. *UPDATE it gets worse. Dr ruth can be helpful at times but overall very ignorant Dr especially when it comes to your weight. She is useless.
Sometimes you have to wait for a week or two to get in to see the doctor but that's due to no doctors in town. Don't blame the doctor who is trying his best to see as many patients as possible every day. Matthew Johnson is a fantastic doctor and he deserves a medal for being so thoughtful, kind and outgoing.
