I drove 40 minutes to this clinic because my physician’s office directed me there, only to have the doctor tell me I shouldn’t have come. She seemed more concerned about how OHIP would bill the visit than actually helping us. I asked if she had seen the white spots on the back of my daughters throat which she responded "No". Dr ruth can be helpful at times but overall very ignorant Dr especially when it comes to your weight. She is useless.
Sometimes you have to wait for a week or two to get in to see the doctor but that's due to no doctors in town. Don't blame the doctor who is trying his best to see as many patients as possible every day. Matthew Johnson is a fantastic doctor and he deserves a medal for being so thoughtful, kind and outgoing.
I saw Dr. Thurmalingam at TDMHI emerg. Double hernia surgery was performed within 3 weeks 1month later I'm good as new!! Excellent surgeon! Great service at our Tillsonburg hospital.
