Girls that answer phones have serious attitude problems. Asked when Dr. Sohol would be in next week…so I knew which day to attempt to get an appointment and was told he’s off till September 2nd. I replied of course. As we all know it’s impossible to get appointments at times and with that being my only week off as well it’s extremely frustrating. Mumbai quality health care in a horrible setting
Terrible doctors mixed with a terrible staff.
I used to have Dr. Dockx who was great to deal with. With his retirement I was passed on to Dr. Sohal. I have only seen him a few times but he was extremely dismissive and rude to deal with each time. Luckily I was able to find a doctor elsewhere and was able to transfer from this office and no longer need to deal with Dr. Sohal.
