Dr Lamb is a good doctor.
Never answer this phones, never send out referrals or prescriptions in a timely manner and always 15-30 minute wait past scheduled appointment time. I shouldn't have to follow up multiple times to get a referral sent out.
After 15 years of being a patient of a recently retired doctor from this medical centre I called them to set up an urgent care appointment. I was informed that urgent care is reserved for current patients only and I am not considered a patient of their office since my GP retired. I found this response to be harsh and unaccommodating considering that there were urgent care appointments still available for that day. I am very disappointed with TMC and their lack of care for abandoned patients and community support in this time... read more
