I ordered flowers to be delivered on Friday for a birthday and they mix up the order and delivered on Saturday after the birthday passed. When I called and spoke with the owner name Linda she is saying they mix up the order and they will send out today when the birthday is already passed. I asked her to give me credit for the inconvenience for delivery because there is no point of flowers to be delivered after the occasion is passed. Been shopping here for years for my plants and pots. I find it pricey for sure, but a decent selection. I did recently go out of town for my plants because they offer a discount for fire and EMS services of 20% off so that's a huge perk. If Tillsonburg garden gate offered this I would continue to support as I love the staff here and the fish for the kids to feed
I’m not a green thumb but I wanted to get a house plant and a nice pot so I stopped in at the garden gate and Kate-Lynn helped me pick a plant and a couple pots. She even potted the plant for me and when I got them home…well they just looked perfect. Thank you so much Kate-Lynn for your help!!
