I have had Dr Cluett as my family doctor for over 25 years and I have always been very happy with his care. He is very easy going, straight to the point and accepts telephone visits if it can be handled over the phone so I don't have to drive for 40 mins to an appointment. He doesn't mind if I bring up more then 1 concern in 1 appointment (unlike some doctors offices with notes in the waiting room that you can only bring up one concern at a time). I am very happy with Dr. Heeney. She listens, she actually is happy to help, send referrals, try new things, etc. The office has good communication. Couldnt be happier honestly! Thank you!!
Receptionist Krista cuts you off and talk down to you over the phone. I have had many instances where she has made me feel '-' big, as she is on some sort of power trip or something. I had spoken to a (now reitred) doctor about her and he claimed he has had multiple complaints about her. She hasn't changed. She is unprofessional and extremely rude. Please retrain your receptionists on how to speak to patients.
Doctor Andrew is the best family doctor!!!
