I am very happy with Dr. Heeney. She listens, she actually is happy to help, send referrals, try new things, etc. The office has good communication. Couldnt be happier honestly! Thank you!!
Receptionist Krista cuts you off and talk down to you over the phone. I have had many instances where she has made me feel '-' big, as she is on some sort of power trip or something. I had spoken to a (now reitred) doctor about her and he claimed he has had multiple complaints about her. She hasn't changed. She is unprofessional and extremely rude. Please retrain your receptionists on how to speak to patients.
Doctor Andrew is the best family doctor!!!
