My 91 year old Mother recently spent a few days in the Emergency Department at Tillsonburg Hospital- although they were busy; the care for her was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I know that the system is far from perfect and many times understaffed however all the staff rose to the demands of this situation. The staff take pride in their work and care about the people. Thank you from our Family.

If I could chose a zero star I would. There is no need to have to wait in the waiting room for 4 hours with a broken arm and 4 other people in the waiting. People who manage this place need to be fired!

I was there on Sunday March 22nd to get my shoulder looked at as for it's definitely out of socket a bit I can't even get dressed eat shower really anything at all.. I got brought in by ambulance escorted to the nurses etc.. spent about 6 hours for them to do x rays then go there is nothing wrong with you from the x-rays . Then sent me home with the worst piston killers ever .. where's happened to doctors doing more than just asking where it hurts.
