Chelsea is knowledgeable, responsive, and gets things done. She made the process smooth and was always one step ahead. Would recommend her to anyone buying or selling. We had issues with a buyer and she was there to help protect me. She followed the contract like it’s supposed to be followed and communicated very well.
Not every real estate deal is easy, but Chelsea handled everything professionally and kept things moving even when challenges came up. She’s honest, responsive, and will go to bat for her clients. That’s exactly what you want in a realtor.

I am writing this to warn other potential buyers and sellers about the lack of professional ethics I experienced with Chelsea on the buying side of our transaction. Buying and selling a house/land is such a significant and emotional process, and the unwarranted hostility directed toward the situation as a whole was highly unprofessional.
