This place never answers the phone EVER your better off forgetting about it and letting them call you or just go up there
I switched to this clinic after moving to the area and I do not like it! My last clinic was way better. I had my benefits turned off unknowingly and I still don’t know the reason. When I called she just turned them back on without explaining anything. I missed 2 appointments because they don’t send reminders. And they don’t even call to check. My last clinic was on it! This one is trash.

They don’t know how to answer a phone. I mean I’m talking about I call 15 times and NO ANSWER.
