Really a half star. Emmanuel Tillman installed a AC/ heating unit in my place and it's been a problem since last yr. My mom and I have been asking him to replace the unit since the warranty is suppose to be in his name. NOTHING. I have messages asking him to replace the unit. It's been over a yr and he hasn't. It's like I'm begging him to replace my unit and it's leaking water on my carpet. He's been here several times.
