Would leave 0 stars after my interactions with Tillman! Their "free" estimate cost me 100$ and they weren't willing to refund it when asked. They came out and have me a quote real quick tho. Quote seemed outrageous over 3k for fixing a part on a relatively new system. I asked for a breakdown and was denied a cost breakdown. When I followed up the next day I was informed my quote was built around the wrong parts so I asked for an updated quote but was told the price wouldnt change. Really a half star. Emmanuel Tillman installed a AC/ heating unit in my place and it's been a problem since last yr. My mom and I have been asking him to replace the unit since the warranty is suppose to be in his name. NOTHING. I have messages asking him to replace the unit. It's been over a yr and he hasn't. It's like I'm begging him to replace my unit and it's leaking water on my carpet. He's been here several times.
