Our Doctor referred this business for me. Before the start of my physical therapy, I filled the form and we went through the insurance etc. We agreed on the payment per visit. However after the first visit we got charged over 72.5% more than the agreed price. We tried many times to talk to a person in charge of billing, left messages to front deck over last 20 days. I have been trying for over six months to receive a refund for an over payment for services. I was referred to their office manager but she has never responded to any of the many emails I've sent, and whenever I call, her voicemail message says her "mailbox is full".
