Top Notch Physical Therapy – I first visited Tillman back in 2000 for a herniated disc in my lower back. Their treatment helped me to be able to sit comfortably again very quickly, which is important for a computer programmer! When I herniated another disc and injured my right knee in 2010, my orthopedic surgeon recommended Tillman, so I returned in November of 2010. After a couple of months of hard work, both my back and my knee feel great, much better than they have in a long time! While the folks at Tillman can't do the w... read more

Excellent physical therapy – I first ran across Tillman Physical Therapy when my wife needed a brace for her finger. While there were some issues with that brace, Tillman made every effort to get it right and they did. Then I had a shoulder injury that required physical therapy. The doctor gave me several choices and I picked Tillman simply from what I saw before concerning my wife. The workouts have been rigerous and its like a boot camp. But the results are outstanding. I have been improving every week. If your mindset is ... read more

Want another injury? Go here! – I injured my knee and was sent me. I was in excruciating pain barely weight bearing. With no knowledge of my diagnosis other than knee pain, they started me on repetitive exercises . I had no "assigned" therapist, and at least 6 different people worked on me in the 3 days I was there, with one assigning an exercise, and wandering off, leaving me there unsupervised to do thing. By the time I got to the machine/table, another would come along and change it. It was like some kind of circus where ... read more

This facility will change your life!! They did mine!! I wouldn't go anywhere else! – I cannot express enough how incredible the Tillman Physical Therapy/ Gym have been for me. I entered in April 2006 with a back injury, within 2 weeks I was feeling great. Not only was my back pain gone, but the knee pain that I had suffered with for 15 years was gone also. The Tillmans have created a facility that not only helps those with injuries, but they have a gym with professional trainers and nutritionists, that are there to keep your... read more

Response – While I am saddened to see the views expressed in the other post I feel that it is important to clarify some of the statements. Due to HIPPA I am not allowed to discuss individuals treatments, however I would like to clarify why it may appear that everyone is given the same exercises. For instance Bridges are used to not only strengthen the pelvis muscle, but also the quads, so back & knee/leg patients will both be given them. Rows, scaption, internal/external rotation (upper body weights and therabands) will be g... read more

Avoid this PT place – Ok, here's the deal. I went here and was not helped at all, went elsewhere (downtown hospital Outpatient clinic known for their McKenzie therapists) But the results here at this clinic are so awful it's a shame that it's considered Physical Therapy. They have everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, do the exact same exercises. I saw a patient with a brain injury doing the same exercises as a woman with back pain. ?!?! Tillman really needs to either realize that his patients are not improving due to anything that... read more
