Only took them about 13 months and about 20 + phone calls to get them to replace a part on my car that they lost during transportation. They also did damage that they refused to fix because “it’s my fault that my car sits too low”, even though it is factory height/specs on my car. The other tow company had no issues getting my car back to town without damage, guess that’s too much to ask from these guys. Also, don’t expect any follow up.

I went to fix hail damage on my brand new car. They charged $7600+ for the unprofessional repair, they didn’t fix all but charged almost double amount of money than their estimated amount. They broke my sunroof and made a lot of scratches and damaged the interior. I went twice and informed them the damage they made on my car. They didn’t pay any damage and also did not provide any solution. I highly recommend not to take their unprofessional service.

We called to have car towed but ended up getting it jumped as the tow guy showed up. So ended up not needing their service and the guy gave my 70 year old Mother the finger. So if you don’t mind getting flipped off I would choose this company. Very unprofessional I would recommend Cales instead I have always had a good experience with them.
