Not Helpful I just moved out of Park Lane and I'm very disappointed with the Concierge in the morning.. Supervisor I believe? Not helpful once so ever, had troubles with my packages not going out and mistaken packages sent to me. Its an on-going situation. Not very helpful!
Wonderful! I have not a clue what these people are talking about below me but I think Tillingers is a great company! Open doors, make reservations... never had a problem.
TILLINGERS SUCKS! Tillingers Concierge is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They will hire anyone off the street I mean come in one day start work the next because they are DESPERATE. They sit behind the desks and listen to their headphones or ignore you. Most are people just looking for a quick job. They work make some money and then never show up for work again. The managers are just as stupid as the people they hire. I dont know how they stay in business honestly.
where I live I've lived at this complex for a few months, and I find one concierge to be streetwise, and shady, one, a tough girl, and the other cool and someone to be careful around. I think they really only care mostly about the company line although at times they can also be nice I think they are knowledgeable though and they seem to do well with most of the people here
