Dr. Jen & staff are absolutely wonderful. My kitty was so sick & she didn't recommend unnecessary testing based on her age & condition & I so appreciated that. I knew she was at the end of her life & when that time came, the staff couldn't have been more kind & caring. I will recommend Tillie Lake to all my friends & family who have pets. Thank you Tillie Lake! Your are all wonderful - Keep up the great work that you do!
Dr. Jen and staff were wonderful to me and my dog. Live in MN and were visiting family when my dog got sick. They squeezed us in to their busy day and treated us like regular patients. Wish they were my regular Vet clinic.
Our puppy had a bad reaction to flagyl and was hospitalized. Now that she's gotten giardia again, we were shocked that her vet hadn't even looked at her chart before calling me at work and ordering flagyl for her. Terrible customer service, not to mention had both my name wrong, our dog's name,wrong and the sex of our dog. Didn't he bother to even take out or read her chart? Unacceptable! We have found a new vet in Jackson that actually seems to care about our puppy. Front desk is rude at Tillie Lake and unprofessional. ... read more
