I have heard so many negative stories about Tillges but ignored them because of my Dr's recommendation. Wrong choice. Although they have many friendly staff, no one was able to tell me how the orthotics should feel on my feet if they are fitted properly. I was told that if I needed new orthotics made because the original ones were made improperly, I would need to pay for them. They would adjust them, but not remake them. I've been working with Mike at Tillges for two years now for my BK prosthetic leg, and the experience has been excellent. After switching from a larger company, I’ve found this place to be a complete turnaround. They’ve gone above and beyond—fixing a problematic socket, refilling supplies, and even handling a foot warranty issue twice! I truly appreciate all the help and care from the team!

I made an appointment for fitting wrist braces for severe carpal tunnel síndrome on both wrists. When I go the person does a fitting and determines I’m a medium size. After a long wait he comes back and says they are out of stock and will order more and then I have to make a new appointment for when it arrives for a new fitting. A clinic like Tillges should be managing better their stock in order to serve their customers properly.
