I've been working with Mike at Tillges for two years now for my BK prosthetic leg, and the experience has been excellent. After switching from a larger company, I’ve found this place to be a complete turnaround. They’ve gone above and beyond—fixing a problematic socket, refilling supplies, and even handling a foot warranty issue twice! I truly appreciate all the help and care from the team!

I made an appointment for fitting wrist braces for severe carpal tunnel síndrome on both wrists. When I go the person does a fitting and determines I’m a medium size. After a long wait he comes back and says they are out of stock and will order more and then I have to make a new appointment for when it arrives for a new fitting. A clinic like Tillges should be managing better their stock in order to serve their customers properly.
