The office staff has screwed up appointments. Gave me a card with the time and date and when I arrived, they said I am sorry we have you the following week. I’m not just around the block. I have to drive a way. They also have changed people I see without notice. I show up and it is someone different. The lack of attentiveness and quality of some technicians is so sad. a minute agoNEW Making the decision to amputate was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I struggled with it a great deal. Bob was determined to help me. He told me to come in just to talk so he could at least explain my options if I chose to amputate. He answered anything that crossed my mind. RecommendedEveryone in the office is friendly, professional and attentive. I would like to especially point out Cale, my leg guy. He's fabulous! Very diligent in paying close attention to my wants and needs and putting me back on the walk like a "normal"person again road. My word, not his lol. And Zach? He made my year with his work putting my Dragons on my new, smaller leg, making it aesthetically pleasing to go with the high functionality Cale made happen. One day last week, I sat in a chair swing and it broke, landing me on my 12th vertebrae. The pain was unbearable! After an ER visit, we called to find companies offering back braces. After three recommendations from friends, we ended up with Tillges! They got me in on the same day I called, to interview me and take measurements. This company is the BEST ever. The staff is so excellent in what they do it is AMAZING. I received a leg prosthetic that finally works for me. Cale is my worker who went above and beyond to make me happy. The facility has everything needed to create what is needed in their line of business. Excellent care, great craftsmanship, made you feel to be part of a family. Totally Professional and caring, with focus on your situation. I drive almost 600 miles round trip to have them do my Prosthetic work. I am 75 with a prosthetic need for 55 years. Been to many clinics and Tillges Prosthetic is the best ever. It is a family business that makes you part of the family.
