The office staff has screwed up appointments. Gave me a card with the time and date and when I arrived, they said I am sorry we have you the following week. I’m not just around the block. I have to drive a way. They also have changed people I see without notice. I show up and it is someone different. The lack of attentiveness and quality of some technicians is so sad. a minute agoNEW Making the decision to amputate was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I struggled with it a great deal. Bob was determined to help me. He told me to come in just to talk so he could at least explain my options if I chose to amputate. He answered anything that crossed my mind.
