Went in to order a bike, which we thought would be available and easy to order, only to be told that the bikes wouldn't be available until the end of the year, but all was not lost, because the staff members gave 100% in answering our questions, searching for the bike online, and making phones. Very overpriced and the owner is a very rude man. Avoid.
Appalling customer service. I was recommended Tilleys by a friend who had previously done his CBT there a while ago so decided to go in and enquire about how the CBT works. After feeling confident it was the place to do my CBT I went ahead and booked it and paid £160 upfront which covers helmet hire for the day and a bike. Had a punctured rear tyre on our CBR650F The whole team couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. With an obviously busy day they dropped everything and replaced the tyre for us. Despite being over an hour away we will be back!
