I have been going to this store for many years and have found the staff to be very pleasant people and very knowledgeable , a little pricey, but great quality
I have never experienced such rude and discourteous behavior from a business before in my life. We were treated like we were a burden, like we were bothering them. I was under the assumption that customers were a good thing when you operate a business. In this troubled economy you would think they would be happy to have any customers. We arrived at their store at about quarter to four, not realizing that they closed at four.
