Dr. Tilley is the best. His bedside manor is a little dry - but that is not what you are there to see him about & this has nothing to do with his abilities. He listens to you. He can take major messes & fix them. If they can't be fixed completely, he will ask you if you are better than you were. Hacked me off him saying this first surgery. 2nd surgery I reminded him I was better than I was & won a smile. Truth is he is not God & can't fix everything. He does give a valiant effort though. I would recommend him to anyone.
