WOW!!! Best customer service ever. I purchased my IPIC golf cart from them 2 1/2 years ago at the car show in Charlotte. I needed warrantee service and found out they no longer carried EPIC as their brand. I called IPIC HQ in FL and they directed me to another local dealership. I had a appointment to purchase a Denago in Winston Salem, but they sold it before I got there, I met Jeffery in Myrtle Beach so I reached out to him and he met all my needs and his staff was a joy to deal with, I just got back from Pigeon Forge putting over a hundred miles on my Rover XL and I noticed a noise in the front braking, so I called and spoke to Alex and she has ordered new rotars, other than this issue I am very pleased with my new Denago and their customer service.
Great people, excellent service, and great golf carts. From day one, I have had a fantastic experience with Tillery and my sales rep Alex. I highly recommend giving them a call.
So I called them comparing prices and they was able to beat the competition and also through in a cover. They delivered and small issue with the screen. They drove a hour back and replaced the screen and did a test drive to make sure it worked. I was very impressed about the customer service and how fast the responded to a small problem. There’s always small problems but how a company responds is everything. I will recommend them to everyone I’m very happy with my purchase.
