Poor customer service - owner expressed this to me " Michael This is Frank the owner. We are extremely busy and will get the plants out when we can. I am tired of hearing you whine and complain. If you don’t like our service, move on. If you continue to be disagreeable and sarcastic you will be refused service. Sincerely Frank" I cancelled my order but he shipped it any way
