I can’t share my experience going to this clinic because I haven’t been able to. I called about 4 months ago or so to schedule an appointment. My insurance provider has this clinic assigned to me as my primary dental provider. When I called I was told it would be March, and that she would be placing me on a waiting list which was fine. First things first sharing my personal information in a public setting is highly illegal and I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION! Due to being diagnosed with autism and few other mental health diagnoses I am part of a federal protected population of vulnerable individuals so you really just messed up by releasing information on me in a public setting without my permission. I made an appointment for my son for a cavity and tooth pain. We had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment and then the dentist didn't do anything for the problem. She did an exam and then said that he needed a filling but she had other patients. We were there 20 minutes early for his appointment so she should have had plenty of time to do a filling. My son wasn't a new patient and was up to date with exams and cleanings. They will bill insurance for the visit but they didn't do anything.
Dr. Romero is professional, informative and kind. I had anxiety about visiting any dentist, had a few pretty poor experiences elsewhere and thus I had some dental issues coming into the office. Dr. Romero put me completely at ease and helped create a plan that I understood, instead of leaving me in the dark. Feeling very lucky to have found a caring and professional dentist!!
The staff here is great! The location is super cleaning and welcoming. No one likes going to the dentist, but this place makes it not so bad, lol. Highly recommend!
