I recently sold my house and in order to do that I needed to get some things fixed. The kitchen faucet, the bathroom faucet and the laundry room sink. After seeing the original quote I decided not to have my laundry room sink repaired as it was more expensive than I was wanting to pay. The buyer of the house agreed to me fixing just the kitchen and bathroom sink.
