Horrible. “Company” doesn’t have insurance (confirmed by their receptionist Lesley) and I injured my foot moving my belongings and was not able to return the truck on time. I attended ED and to my surprise on my return home these people took all of my belongings out of the back of the truck and left it on the street! Service is terrible, lies after lies even having records of phone calls. Dropped my truck off for a road worthy and it came back with a “gearbox issue” slipping out of 3rd gear. They called and said it needs to be repaired for the RWC. Verbally quoted 12.5k which I refused and said no way. I left it for a week as I was on holidays. Then when arriving back I went in to see the service department and they advised I’ll get away with just doing 3rd gear synchro and leave everything else (Quoted 3-4K) I said okay just do it. I Booked my Isuzu tradepack in for a service and was very happy with the front desk, the mechanics and the management of Til Hino Breakwater! Had a car roadworthied by TIL automotive in November 2024. To pass a roadworthy TIL Automotive did some electrical work to the to R/H headlight which 5 months later caused the BCM to have failed the headlight module and issues with the ECU $800+ for an auto electrician to fix their dodgy work $2000 for a new BCM $4000 for a new ECU These guys also passed items that 3 other companies deemed not roadworthy Highly suggest going elsewhere
