We had an excellent experience with Tilghman Builders and are thrilled with the renovation work ( a sunroom addition, bath, kitchen) they performed for our home! We found them to be to be impeccable in terms of their Word, the quality and craftsmanship, their attention to detail, their prompt response to any concerns or questions we had and on and on. We have nothing but great things to say about our experience with Tilghman. They designed an amazing kitchen and bathroom addition. Dave, our lead carpenter, and the whole team was very good at communicating, prompt with any questions/concerns, exceptionally clean, and easy to talk to. Shawn was great with all of our warranty work and had great input. We will continue to recommend Tilghman to any friends/family for future projects!

I have used Tilghman for 3 projects at our house and they are absolutely fabulous. The process they go through, the care, the detail and how they manage you though the projects are second to none. If an issue ever came up, they are timely and very detailed oriented to provide options to fix and are always open to changes as they come up. Tilghman Builders put an addition on the back of my house which included a full bathroom a new kitchen and keeping room with a new ventless fireplace. In addition they replaced the bathroom in the main bedroom upstairs. It was a very large project and they were on site for several months. As part of the project I was given a calendar as to how the project was to progress and they were able to meet that calendar.
