Horrible scam artist! Completely ruined my tiles. Had package 1 grout cleaning performed. Day 1 Owen’s worker showed up half an hour late with a bucket and brush in hand. It appeared odd to us that he didn’t have any modernized equipment with him. He spent over 5 hours scrubbing the grout lines, leaving the “illegal acid from the US” as Owen the owner revealed to us, on the surface of the tiles for hours! I would give zero stars but it gives me no choice to at least give 1 star. These people are scammers they damaged my tiles. I paid them in full and they managed to damage my tiles and they are not returning my calls. Not only did the owner not apologize he is not answering my calls and is ignoring me he yelled at me over the phone and in person!!! This is NOT a professional business DO NOT CONSIDER THEM THEY DAMAGED MY TILES THEY STAINED IT WITH ACID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! AND THEY USE ILL... read more

Don't do business with this fool. He will rip you off with his shoddy work. He is rude and extremely unprofessional. So don't choose the 'basic' package, because he will ruin your tiles. I wanted the grout cleaned, not my tiles ruined. Don't be fooled by the response. He comes across professional with his response - that couldn't be furthest from the truth.

The owner is rude and unprofessional. Also requires deposit before working which is a huge red flag. I would avoid this company and report them for their spammy flyers.
