Absolutely brilliant service at Tiles and Wood Floor Store in Bangor! The staff were incredibly helpful from start to finish. My husband accidentally broke two laminate boards while fitting our floor, and we were worried we wouldn't be able to finish the job. The team at the store couldn’t have been more accommodating—they kindly provided us with a few extra loose boards so we could get the room finished. It made such a difference, and we’re so grateful. Zero communication unless chased, floor was extremely delayed and as well as the wrong colour Once resolved was offered 200£ in compensation which was never processed - sad As we initially had a pleasant experience in store and were hoping to also purchase our bathroom flooring
