I didn't make a purchase at TILEMART Langley, but I was with a friend who did, and what I witnessed was appalling. Listening to a manager speak to a customer in such a condescending and aggressive manner was deeply upsetting. Implying that someone is stupid, raising your voice at them, and making comments about having reviewed surveillance footage and listened to a phone call they weren't told was being recorded is completely unacceptable. Tilemart has inconsistently applied their refund/cancellation policy that has left me feeling deceived, unvalued, unheard and disrespected by the store manager. Before purchase I was not informed that my order my order was a special order or even described what a special order was. No communication about any return policy and no communication that my order qualified as a special order.
