We have 13 regular GPs who work between both Tilehurst Village Surgery and our sister site Chancellor House Surgery, alongside 3 practice nurses, 3 health care assistants, and one clinical pharmacist. Poor service They Don't callback when promised. Can't access appointments online, even though all admin is completed etc. Have to wait 30 mins at 8am then you still can't get an appointment. I'm going to switch surgeries this is a poor operation
Worst experience ive ever had with this surgery. Ive been with them all my life, certain GPs there are so kind and helpful. However there is only ONE good GP here now. The wait for mental health issues is too long. You wont even be taken seriously in crisis

I just want to see a doctor, I've tried countless times, and phone up 111 is not good enough, nor is sitting in AE for 8 hours, after another phone call no joy, once again and again and again, surely a vetran has some joy with the NHS, phone up next day they say, make an appointment they say, well isn't that the point of my phone call I said, give me an appointment please I say, phone up tomorrow they say, absolutely disgusting service, maybe a call to an MP is need here, as something really needs doing about this appalling ... read more
