Never get an appointment. Have to ring at 10 am on a Thursday to get a routine appointment. If you don’t get there in time you don’t get one and have to wait another week. This is an impossible situation that we are having to live with.

This surgery is letting down its patients and putting its patients at risk with its inflexibility around the 8am appointment rush. It is impossible to book a normal appointment for any time, your only option is to call at 8am. I have a chronic medical condition which causes me to be immuno suppressed, so I need to see a GP on occasion when little worrying things come up, more often than one would if there were no underlying health conditions, it's still only once or twice a year. Terrible doctors I’m 20 weeks pregnant and every time I’ve been ill and needed help they have either hung up on me or don’t give a scooby. Called today about a potential life threatening risk to my baby after my midwife advised me to and was told sorry we have no appointments and no one to call you for a over the phone appointment so go call 111. Highly recommend to avoid this place

For the first time with being registered with this surgery I felt upset with the attitude of one of the reception team over the phone. Curt, not patient and unhelpful tone, speaking over me. Dismissed I would say too. I was first in the phone queue so it was nice that I didn't have a long wait to be answered. Disappointing, she has let the staff down. Shame.
