Reception staff often give conflicting information about booking appointments. The surgery has restricted the Evergreen app to limited features, meaning there’s no two-way communication through it. You can’t view or book directly from a diary, you simply submit an enquiry and hope you’re offered an appointment within the same month, if at all. If it’s urgent, you’re told to call 101 or 999. Impossible to get hold of anyone now that they've rolled out the new Evergreen app as a method of requesting appointments. Significant reduction in communication options.

This surgery is disgusting I've been waiting 45 mins for an appointment, never see the same doctor need to look at the system

I would just like to say recently I've had to speak with the receptionist on quite a few occasions and in the past I have had rude and not very helpful receptionist. But kim who works at the surgery has been very helpful with appointments and with giving helpful advice lovely to have a good happy receptionist who is good at her job.
