I would just like to say recently I've had to speak with the receptionist on quite a few occasions and in the past I have had rude and not very helpful receptionist. But kim who works at the surgery has been very helpful with appointments and with giving helpful advice lovely to have a good happy receptionist who is good at her job.

Awful, I wouldn’t bother. You’ll just be sent to A&E for most minor things, which only puts more unnecessary strain on the NHS. If you can register at the Broadstreet Mall GP in Central Reading they are much more helpful, polite, understanding and equipped to deal with things.

Not even worth the 1 star almost impossible to get on the line with the reception and once you do the staff are rude, dismissive and never offer any appointments even in serious circumstances.

I can never get an appointment and some of the reception staff are rude I have been upset quite a few times after coming off the phone with this surgery. This used to be a good surgery but it has gone down hill the Doctors are not as good as they used to be. I have alot of health issues but not on paper as I can never see anyone and have given up.
