STAY AWAY !! These guys are cheats and scam artists. I share the same sentiments as others. These guys are liars and should be reported as scam business. I bought some tiles from Nestor who said I can return the remaining tiles which are unused. When the project was over and I went to return the remaining few tiles and he completely changes his story. I had a very disappointing experience with this tile store. The sales person was helpful at first, and I purchased tiles from them. Less than 24 hours later, I realized the tiles would not work for my project. I called the store and was told they do not accept returns, but the sales person clearly told me he did not want me to be stuck with tiles that do not fit and that I could exchange them.
