We are a Commercial flooring company in Oklahoma. We have a client who liked a specific ledger stone that TILECO has to offer. I have tried to get a sample ordered and pricing with no return. While talking on the phone I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience and that our business is not important to this company. We have no problem going to a competitor or substituting this product locally.
Excellent selection of tile, wood floors and countertops, good prices and availability.
I am leaving 1star only because I have to in order to write a review. We have done business with these guys numerous times for project over the years and spent thousands of dollars here. Today I was greeted by a bald man, a very arrogant, ignorant and shallow, bald man. We were looking for a particular tile that he felt he would be able to source.
