I had a very disappointing experience with this tile store. The sales person was helpful at first, and I purchased tiles from them. Less than 24 hours later, I realized the tiles would not work for my project. I called the store and was told they do not accept returns, but the sales person clearly told me he did not want me to be stuck with tiles that do not fit and that I could exchange them.
