Aggressive staff, unsafe environment
We had such a good experience with Tile-Tec Stone Shop from start to finish. The completed counter and backsplash are beautiful and flawless. We got to take numerous samples home to try out, which helped in our decision making. The installation was prompt and professional. Everyone was polite, helpful and hardworking. We highly recommend!
Brian and his installation team were great! They did a very difficult demo of a concrete counter and installed a beautiful quartz top. It fits perfectly and looks great. I definitely recommend Tile-Tec!
Honestly, overall terrible experience. Would rate lower if Brian wasn’t such nice guy. I am new to the industry of remodeling but everything felt unprofessional. I provided multiple sketches of my layout using sketchup and even called and went into store to confirm. It wasn’t too crazy, regular counters, bottom mounted sink, pass through counter to the living room. I waited a bit to do the templating but nothing crazy. Brian and his team installed beautiful quartz countertops in our kitchen and we could not be happier with them. Very easy to work with and beautiful execution.
