Candace was awesome to work with. Extremely knowledgeable with the products, had great suggestions for colors and style. She gathered colors and types of materials that we liked, presented them with helpful hints and products that work well with our home. She is very professional and efficient. The Tile Superstore & More has an incredible selection of materials. Chad Holst was amazing--he was so knowledgeable, patient, and going out of his way to help. I've never worked with such a great design consultant. I highly recommend Tile Superstore.
Edward did a great job helping us figure out the flooring, tile, and counter tops. The only issue we really have with this store is that if you cannot get a hold of the person you're working with no one is really willing to work or assist you. The atmosphere comes across like it is a cut-throat commission based environment. That comes down to the leadership on site and needs to be fixed.
Worked with Chad did a great job! Ran into some hiccup's, in the end very happy!! Great product and excellent service. Thanks so much!!
